Our Collaborative Care Team consists of independent therapists who pool their expertise to deliver holistic, client-centred support. We meet weekly for a one-hour DBT consultation session to review cases, share insights, and ensure everyone receives evidence-based care.

Dr. Carmen holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and two master's degrees. She is a board-certified DBT clinician through the DBT-Linehan Board of Certification and is an experienced supervisor and trainer in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has extensive training in DBT across the lifespan—including DBT-C, DBT-A, DBT-PE, DBT-SUD, and DBT for couples and families—and incorporates a behavioural, relational, and culturally affirming approach to evidence-based care.
Maggie is extensively trained in DBT across various modalities and age groups, including DBT-MED for eating disorders. With over seven years of experience delivering DBT, she provides individual therapy, group skills training, parent coaching, and professional consultation, and has expertise in working with high-performing athletes. Maggie combines multiple approaches to support individuals and families dealing with complex mental health issues, and is known for her warm, genuine, and trauma-informed approach.

Dr. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toronto. Kevin has strong foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, including experience delivering DBT individual and group services within comprehensive programs. He integrates DBT with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients with emotion regulation difficulties, complex trauma, substance use, and borderline personality disorder.

Zonaiara is a clinical social worker specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with additional training in ACT, EX/RP, and trauma-informed care. She has extensive experience applying DBT across individual, adolescent, family, substance use, and disordered eating contexts. Zonaiara supports clients struggling with emotional dysregulation, OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma through a holistic, client-centred approach grounded in evidence-based practice. Her work is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and a deep commitment to meaningful, lasting change.

Ashley is a Master of Social Work Practicum Student providing DBT-informed, client-centered care for adolescents and families. Experienced in supporting high-acuity youth across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, with a focus on emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, family engagement, and skills development. Committed to developmentally responsive, evidence-based practice grounded in DBT principles, collaboration, and meaningful growth.
